When will my order ship?

Great question!  All of our coffee is roasted to order so that it arrives at your doorstep as fresh as possible.  At times, it could take 2-3 business days before your order ships, but rest assured that you are getting a fresh batch!

What is the best way to brew your coffee?

Depending on the coffee, we generally recommend a pour-over.  We use a 15:1 ratio (26 grams of coffee and 400 grams of water).  The most important thing is having a consistent grind size (burr grinders are preferred).  If you need help brewing the best cup of coffee, feel free to reach out to us at info@bluesail.coffee.

Are you a bunch of corporate hotshots running the company?

Absolutely not, in fact, we have very humble beginnings.  The founder, Kyle, slept on a cot in the back of the shop for 6 months when first opening.  We have always had a customer first mentality with an emphasis on producing an amazing cup of coffee.  Don't believe us?
