We only offer refunds in the event you cancel your coffee subscription prior to shipment upon renewal. We do not offer refunds once your coffee has shipped. If your subscription has renewed, you must contact us prior to shipment to qualify for a refund. Please keep in mind we will ship your coffee within one business day of the time your coffee subscription has renewed.
We guarantee everything we roast. If you're not satisfied with the quality or taste of your coffee, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
